topsy-turvy print & stitch a flag family workshop
thursday 29th may 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm at POP creative space, chatham
Welcome to a topsy-turvy world where you print with an embroidery hoop and draw with your needle.
Award winning designer Jenni Burrows, Contemporary Textiles and Rachel Moore, i-printed-that, will turn your thinking on its head this half-term holiday at a Mad Hatter's Tea Party inspired family workshop. They will show you and your child how to use items, that you probably already have at home, to print, embellish and make a flag that is as unique as its creator. The workshop costs £6 per child and is suitable for ages 5+ years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a painting shirt or wear old clothes. |

Here's what you're saying about us...
"The workshop was so much fun, my little boy loves his t-shirt and was really impressed with the process. Taking off the screen to reveal the print really pleased him. Instant magic!"
"I just wanted to send a quick thank you for this afternoon's workshop Ellie and Becca enjoyed it so much, with your lovely approach and enthusiasm, and it was really great for them to try out a different kind of sewing. We stopped at Granny's house on the way home and they were so proud to show off their work :) I look forward to bringing the girls back for more!"
"My grandson really enjoyed printing his t-shirt and was very proud to show it off. He said he would love to do another one. I thought it was simple enough for the chlidren to do on their own, and great that within the hour they had a finished product to take home. Thank you very much Rachel!"
