It’s Fri-yay! Grab a hot drink and maybe a cheeky slice of cake, put your favourite playlist on and join other print fans as we start the weekend together.

This month we’re discovering the stress-busting printing technique called Hapa Zome. It uses the natural pigments in leaves and petals to produce beautiful detailed prints. To find out more about how it works click here.

You will need:

• A drink of your choice and an inspirational playlist
• A selection of leaves and petals
• White or light coloured cotton fabric
• A hammer
• A sturdy wooden board, like a chopping board
