Cyanotypes or sun prints are an early form of photography that use natural chemicals and the sun's UV light to produce beautiful blue prints. It's so simple to do that anyone can have a go, even children with a little bit of supervision. Print in your garden or local park with friends and family, adhering to current limited numbers and social distancing, of course.
How it works and what you get: You'll be sent 5 x pieces of ready-to-use cyanotype paper. These are circular (carrying on the sun theme) and measure approx 20cm / 8" in diameter. Store the envelope in a dry, cool, dark place and do not open it until you're ready to print. Before printing make sure you have to hand all the equipment listed below. Lay leaves, flowers, feathers etc.…
